Unable to install Parallels Desktop Tools Cent OS 5.3 & Ubuntu

Hello all,

i am not able to install the parallels tools in cent os 5 and ubuntu (latest)
i am using the latest parallels version on mac os latest.

any help on this?

What is the exact CentOS version? What error you receive? Regarding Ubuntu, note that the latest version supported yet is 8
