unable to install Toolbox

Hi there,

currently running Parallels 16 and do have licenses for Parallels Toolbox but unable to install on MAC, states to downgrade or buy license??

We request you to share the screenshot of the error and the first 6 digits of the key to check and assist.
 
HI there,

that worked for the initial primary key, but unable to install on another computer with the Key#1 even though we are licensed.
getting the following error when attempting to activate:"License server doesn't accept your product license"

Hello, would you like to activate 2 Toolbox copies with 1 key?
 
I would just like to be able to use the 2nd key to install on a second computer that we are licensed for Parallels toolbox. Please refer to Oct 22 post.
