Unable to install Vista Business.

I have 2 gigs of ram. I get to the memory allocation screen and it says that the Recommended maximum is 300mb. Vista requires 512, and in fact I want to give it 1024. It will not let me continue. Any ideas?
 
in parallels > preferences > memory, do you have it set to automatically adjust memory limit ?

Do you have preallocation unchecked, in that same window ?

I can't say. I'm unable to get into the preferences without fulfilling the wizard and installing some sort of OS. Worst comes to worst I can install XP just to get to that screen. Is this a radio button or checkbox?
