Unable to launch games on Parallel 16.1

    I've just installed Parallel desktop 16.1 on Mac OS Big Sur, and now I'm unable to launch Age Of Empire 3 DE, instead I have this pop up message (see attached file).
    Does Parallel 16.1 made some changes regarding Direct3D ? Everything works fine under Parallel 16.0. I've not changed anything on my side.
    Can someone help me please ?
