Unable to launch Parallels Service - Mac Pro 2012

I did have Parallels running on my Mac Pro 2012 running High Sierra. I upgraded to Mojave (with a Metal Compatible Graphics Card) but now I am not able to launch the Parallels service.
I followed all directions as listed here: https://kb.parallels.com/en/124001 but to no avail.
Is Parallels supported on Mac 2012 (5,1) machines running Mojave?

Thanks for following up. I am running the latest version (v16) which I downloaded from the web site a few days ago.
Previously I had also removed the existing version and re-installed. As mentioned in my post, I followed all of instructions from the knowledge base article and I am still not available to launch the service. Note that this was working when I was running High Sierra but it is not working now with Mojave. I am curious if my configuration (Mac Pro 2012 5,1) and Mojave is supported. Thanks!

could you collect the tech report and post the report's ID here?
Please collect the report once the issue reproduced and provide us with the screenshot of the issue (if any)
 
Hi Maria,
Technical report 355528660 has been sent to Parallels.
Since the Thanksgiving (US) holiday is starting today, are you able to follow up this week?
