Unable To Obtain Trial Key

I am trying to download the trial key, but there is some problem when it tries to send me the email. The site tells that the key has been sent, but it never arrives. All of the other emails come in just fine, so I know its not a mail setting problem. I have check my junk folder, and m deleted folder. Nothing there.

Anyone have a solution? I have tried a couple email addresses hoping something would come through. I also email tech support, but have yet to hear back from them...

Same boat.. need a trial key cos they key from my store bought copy isnt working. Hope its fixed soon cos i'm at work and have various app's i need to access.
