Unable to ping 2 different VM on different computers

Hi
trying to ping a Virtual machine from another virtual machine on a different computer.
Both computers are on the same physical network.
I am using a bridged network connection
Using ipconfig both VM and MAC hosts are on the same subnet and IP address are correct
From computer 1 in the VM I can successfully ping the MAC host on computer 2 and visa versa.
When I try to ping the VM on computer 2 from the VM on computer 1 I get no reply ?
Any suggestions please ?

Problem has now been resolved by Parallels tech support email.
Windows doesn't allow a response from a Ping command by default.
An exception has to be made to the firewall to allow this.
