I am currently working in China, I tried to purchase the latest version upgrade, but every time when I goto purchasing payment page, it shows I have the Chinese simplified version only, no matter what I do, what server I change to (i am using VPN), I always get only Chinese simplified version in my cart, this is super frustrating, I need to purchase an English version upgrade, can someone from this company reach out and help me? The stupid web site don't even offer a place for me to write an email to customer service or sales rep.
