Unable to run Parallels Compressor

Running under latest Parallels 4 update when I try to run Compressor I am met with a message that I need to delete all snapshots first. I can delete a new snapshot in a few seconds however trying to delete older pre-version 4 snapshots causes Parallels to hang with a never ending message "Deleting snapshot". I eventually have to force quit and restart my Mac in order to get Parallels to stop trying to delete the snapshot. How do I get rid of these older snapshots so I can run compressor?

Ok - I figured it out. I ran the image tool on my VM overnight and after I restarted Parallels and I was able to delete all snapshots. I am now running the compressor without any further issues.
