Unable to start coherence: prl_applescript_runner

Running OS X Lion Server 10.7.3

How do I solve this?

I believe many have the same problem...
 
Where do you see this issue? is it Mac who is showing the error message or Parallels?
If Mac - reinstall Parallels Decktop.
if Parallels - reinstall Parallels tools.
But make sure to do clean installation both times - means remove all the traces before installing back
