I have recently purchased a new iMac. I transferred all files and programs form the old machine to the new one. Now, when I click on the Parallels icon, I get the message: "Unable to start Parallels services. Please relaunch Parallels Desktop. If the problem persists, contact Parallels support team for assistance." Unfortunately, when I try to send an email to the support team, they ask for information I cannot access since I cannot open Parallels. What can I do??
Not all programs work when they are simply migrated from one computer to the the other. (Re)install Parallels. Download links in my signature.
