I have a new user who was experiencing an error "The configuration file you specified is invalid". This is after installing the app and logging into our Business Edition account and attempting to start a new VM. We've updated the app to 19 something and are now getting this error when starting a new VM. We've reboot the mac as well as removed several VM's and created new ones.
