unable to start VM ....

    My system displays the following message when i try to start my VM:parallels Desktop does not arrive at the file image of virtual hard drive parallels / Microsoft Windows XP/winxp.hdd. The file is damaged.
    What Can i do to fix the problem???
    Can someone reply quickly???
