unable to type specific characters like @ ~ $ ... again

Hello to all
Since somes update of version 18 it's impossible to type any @ or $ characters with apple keyboard on any guest os.
I saw troubleshooting feeds by support but it doesn't works again an again.
Changing to standard French AZERTY keyboard works of course. Typing ALT-0 for @.
Well, but i got a windows 11 without any possibilities to change anything without login.
I got the last 18.1.1 of parallels.
Any suggests ?
