Unable to uninstall completely

Hello, I used Parallels for a year and it worked fantastically. I no longer have a need for it, and so I attempted to uninstall by following prompts on this site. There are still plenty Parallels files left in my Finder, which is not an issue in and of itself. My issue is that i cannot download unrelated softwares onto my macbook without my mac downloading them to be opened in Parallels, which I no longer own. What can be done for this? (Picture below)
