I have used Parallels to use Internet Explorer successfully in the past. Today, Internet Explorer froze, I Force Quit the program, and started it up again. During this session, my mouse seemed to lose functionality. I can not scroll, select, or hover over things. I can move the mouse freely, and upon returning to MacOS, the mouse works perfectly fine. Any ideas what would cause this?
Hello ColinB1, Install Parallels Tools manually as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/en/112609 and check if the issue still persisting. If the issue still persisting Go to Virtual Machine config http://kb.parallels.com/117287 > Hardware > keyboard and mouse > Enable smooth Scrolling and check if the issue still persisting.
