I have used Parallels to use Internet Explorer successfully in the past. Today, Internet Explorer froze, I Force Quit the program, and started it up again. During this session, my mouse seemed to lose functionality. I can not scroll, select, or hover over things. I can move the mouse freely, and upon returning to MacOS, the mouse works perfectly fine. Any ideas what would cause this?

Install Parallels Tools manually as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/en/112609 and check if the issue still persisting. If the issue still persisting Go to Virtual Machine config http://kb.parallels.com/117287 > Hardware > keyboard and mouse > Enable smooth Scrolling and check if the issue still persisting.
