I was charged $84.47 on/around August 19, 2026 for a Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition renewal (Cleverbridge ref 547496178, charge shows as CBI*Parallels).
I cancelled this subscription last year. The renewal was not authorized.
I’ve already contacted support and they still have yet to cancel it or refund. Please cancel the subscription permanently and refund the $84.47.
