Uninstall and Re-Install of Windows 7 on Parallels Desktop 8

Without going into too much detail I removed Windows 7 from Parallels using my log in to Parallels. I then proceeded to install new Windows 7 from a disk (Clean Install). I then re-installed Microsoft Office and everything was working fine. Both my wife and I use the same computer. I logged on to her computer and found that the old Windows 7 installation was still on her side. If I delete the windows on her user name will it delete the installation on my side? Do I have to install windows again on her side along with Microsoft Office. When we first installed Parallels we used "Parallels Move to Mac" and the windows worked on both user names. Anyone have any suggestions.
 
The question is, how did you remove the VM? If you remove the VM from the VM list you get a notification asking you if you want to send the VM to the Trash, if you didn't choose to send it to the trash you only deleted from your vm list but not from the computer and might appear on other users' VM lists.
