Uninstall App Toolbox - More Flexibility

What are the changes that the Install App Toolbox can be updated with a bit more flexibility like dragging/dropping an app to the actual Install App vs selecting from the drop down menu along with the ability to select which files for the Uninstall App Toolbox to delete vs assuming the user wants to delete all the associated files to a given app?
