my evalutaion copy has expired.
if I try to uninstall parallels tools there's a message that windows has to be running as a virtual machine. this isn't possible anymore.
It sounds like you are running BootCamp, right? Have you tried finding the disk image of Parallels tools, copying that over, then using that to un-install the tools?
