uninstaller error

hi, I used PD4 6 months, and worked great. since 10.X parallels desktop is broken, i don't know why. virtual machine don't run. i see text: 'unable to run the paralles drivers, restart your mac' I want to remove parallels desktop 4 from my mac, and I cannot. Uninstaller doesn't work, I clicked twice and nothing happend. I cannot make re-installation too! why? help!

Please uninstall Parallels Desktop and re-install it again. Uninstalling and re-installing Parallels Desktop will not affect your Virtual Machine in any way. The data and the applications will be safe.

Please follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Please uninstall Parallels Desktop by following the steps mentioned below in the link:

2. Now follow the steps mentioned below:

a. Reboot your Mac.

b.Launch Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility.

c.Select Macintosh HD on the left panel and click Repair Disk permissions.

d.Restart the Mac Operating System.

Perform the repair disk permissions three times.

3. Install Parallels Desktop by downloading the link given below:
