Uninstalling Parallels

I am in the process of uninstalling Parallels software on my Mac. I need to know how to erase the space that has been allocated for Parallels and then uninstall the program. How is this done?

Please remove it. And then remove VM you can find it /Users/user_name/Documents/Parallels
