Uninstalling Windows

I'm running Parallels 9.00 on my Mac. I installed a version of Windows 7.0, but somehow I've ended up with everything in Bulgarian. I'd like to uninstall Windows and then re-install with the English option selected. Can I uninstall Windows without uninstalling Parallels? Or do I have to uninstall both and start again.
