Unknown Error (ECONNREFUSED)

    I have the following problem and do not know why.

    Once configured according to the manual the HTML Gataway when I try to connect I get this message.

    Unknown Error (ECONNREFUSED)

    What could it be?

    Are you adding a '2X Connection' or an 'RDP Connection' ?

    Make sure you're adding the correct type of connection (2X/RDP)
