Unlock encrypted disk on startup (keyboard not working)

Hello,
I have an encrypted Ubuntu installed.
When I start it I get this screen:

The keyboard is not working and I can do nothing.
Now I click at actions -> reset, the machine is restarting and I can type in my password now:

Why is the keyboard not working at the first time? I already changed at configure... the keyboard settings but nothing changed.
Anybody know the solution?
 
Can you please send us problem report at the moment when you consider keyboard doesn't work? For this reproduce the problem, release keyboard from VM (press Ctrl-Alt) and go VM's to Mac application menu Help -> Send Technical Data. Post problem report id here.
