    Hello,

I'm facing quite a strange issue with my Centos 6 x86_64 virtual machine. After I've upgraded to Parallels Desktop 14.0.1 (45154) the OS X CentOS 6 VM process periodically raises to 700% CPU load for about a minute; after that the CPU load returns back to normal for about another minute. The process repeats forever. During the CPU load the VM is unresponsive from outside (GUI or SSH). I've figured out that switching the Hypervisor from Parallels to Apple helps a bit but only for the duration when the VM is running in target run-level. During the shut down process the issue returns back. I've also found that the VM's CPU is doing nothing; in fact the VM inside is working perfectly. Only the Parallels interface gets stuck.

Is anyone facing the same issue? Do you have any idea how to resolve this?

    Thanks in advance,

    PETR

    Hi Arun,

It seems that my problem is resolved in the 14.1.0 (45387) version. It looks like something odd has been in the previous version, because all my VMs (Windows and mainly Linux) are now running even faster and smoothly.

Parallels Team: Thank you very much!

    With best regards,

    PETR
