Unsuccessful with Image Tool

Hi,

I had a 4GB Virtual partition and I kept getting low disk space errors within XP.
I used Image Tool to expend the partition to 15 GB. It now shows under Configuration Editor "Virtual Disk Size 15000MB ", Windows don't see the extra space and "C" is still 4GB.
I also tried to convert to plain hard disk and no luck.

is anybody successful with expending the disk?
