Will you please tell me what is causing the annoying $RECYCLE.BIN, desktop.ini, thumbs.db to appear on my desktop and in all my files and folders and how I can stop them. They started appearing after the last Parallels or Mac update...I don't remember which. If I don't delete them, there will be multiple ones everywhere.

Hello,

These are the hidden files of the Windows operating system. To prevent them from appearing on the desktop, you must turn off the display of hidden files.
