update 1920.0 & booom :-( [App crashes at start]

since I have upgraded today to 1920 I can't start the app any more. Paralleles Desktop is always crashing at startup :-(

I don't understand, on my Mac Mini Paralleles Desktop is working great, but on my Mac Pro it is a disaster!!!! I hope with every update that it will get better, but the opposite is true :-(

Any ideas who I can get Paralleles back to work???
Please help!!!!

P.S.: if somebody things it help, I can post also the report of the crash log.

I found this thread in this second, but no solution yet....I try now to go back to 1918. :-(
