Update 4>5.... and Blue screen error!!

I've just update to Parallels Desktop 5 (from 4).
When I switch the virtual machine on (Win XP regullary updated) a blue screen come out in the very beginning of the startup....

So I've tried to come back to the previus version (4.0.3540) and every things return ok.... The same virtual machine works greatly!!

The error of the blue screen are this:
0x0A - 0xC5 - 0xE1

Any idea how solve the problem?
