Update Configuration Profile Creator GUI

Please add additional payload options to the PMM Mac OS X Configuration Profile Creator GUI.
Having payloads available for things like SCEP and being able to use the SCEP payload alongside the already existing Certificate and Network payloads would be very useful.

Please also add the ability to export the created profile (from the GUI) to a file without having to decode the Base64 string on a website, then copy the xml output to a text file and then rename it to *.mobileconfig

Please also add options in the Configuration Item tab of the GUI to at least be able to specify the Organisation Name, and System or User as the PayloadType.
