Upgrade from PD 4 -> PD 5 didn't work.

I upgraded from PD 4 (latest version) to PD 5 and the XP Pro partition will not boot anymore. It just BSOD over and over again, and it doesn't even start in safe mode. I am running Mac OSX 10.6.1 and I am on a 15" MBP Unibody late 2008.

The message reads
