Upgrade from Windows 7 to 11?

    I'm trying to follow the instructions given here:
    Upgrade virtual machine to Windows 11
    https://kb.parallels.com/en/122884

    But it assumes you already have Windows 10. I have Windows 7. So how do I go from 7 to 10 or 7 directly to 11?

    I have Parallels 19 for Mac, Business Edition.
