Hello, I own a Parallels 12 license and a Parallels 10 license (and some other older ones). I would like to upgrade my Parallels 10 license to Parallels 13, but when I try to upgrade I am not able to notice if the license that I am upgrading its the 10 one or the twelve one. How could I be aware of it? Thanks in advance
Hi JoseB4. Upgrade to version 13 can be done only from Parallels Desktop version 11/12. You can purchase an upgrade license for Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac. During the activation, it will ask for previous version key where you need to enter Parallels Desktop 11/12 license key to activate the product.
