Upgrade qualifications?

I have parallels 6 or 7 on my old MacBook Air that I no longer use. I have a new iMac now. Do I qualify for the upgrade pricing even though I never installed parallels on my new iMac? Or do I have to purchase the full version?

HiUpgrades are possible for Parallels Desktop 9 and later. For activation instructions with a Parallels Desktop 11 upgrade license from Parallels Desktop 9 or 10, visit kb.parallels.com/123222
