Upgrade standard lifetime/one time purchase to pro subscription

    There is something that I can't understand,
    If I buy today the 140$ standard parallels desktop (no subscription) can I, for the next years, just pay for the Parallels pro upgrade subscription at 69$?
    2023: parallels standard 140$ one time
    2024: parallels pro 69$ subscription
    2025: parallels pro 69$ subscription
