Upgrade to 15

Hi,
I am currently on Parallels 10/Windows 7/Mac 10.13.6 and my printer suddenly stopped working for Parallels. I was going to upgrade to 15 to see if that helps the issue. Is that possible or is there a better solution? I had worked with the printer support and they don't see any issue on their side. I also am not sure I can upgrade from 10 to 15. I can't reach anyone a Parallels or create a ticket to get any help

You can use this KB article for the printer issue troubleshooting and yes, you're eligible for upgrade.
Now you can upgrade to the latest build with any previous version of Parallels Desktop key
