Upgrade to 3.0 woes...

I upgraded to 3.0 early this morning ( 5 hours ago as of this post ) and got the following message.

Dear Customer,

Your order for "Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac Upgrade" (order number
xxxxxxxxxxx) has been received and is being verified by our team. Your order
will most likely be processed within the next 4 hours, but in no case will
it take more than 24 hours.

In order to avoid multiple charges to your credit card, please do not
resubmit your order.

I used a credit card and expected that I'd receive an activation key immediately along with a link to perform the download. This was how it worked when I purchased the previous version last year.

Any thoughts? What kind of verification is being performed?

Thats bizarre. It should have been instant. Mine came flagged as SPAM. Check your ISP to make sure it was not blocked all togther. I have COX and I had to lower the SPAM filter so important emails did not get blocked. Not very flexible.
