Upgrade to 4.0 and from another Mac

I've upgraded to a new MacBook and have purchased the 4.0 upgrade. Before I can run the install, I need to move my Parallels 3.0 items from my old Mac (running 10.4.11) to the new one (running 10.5). Can anyone out there list all of the files/folders that I need to move to my new Mac. I've already migrated my user account to the new Mac, but did not migrate apps to the new Mac. Thanks for any help.
 
VM locations are
Documents/Parallels
Library/Parallels
Mac HD - /Users/Shared/Parallels

All you need to copy all items out there to new Mac
