I have Parallels Desktop 10 for mac. I would like to upgrade to the newest version. Can I select the upgrade option or do I have to select the new license option? Also, when I upgrade, will it delete my current copy of windows and software's installed? Do I need to make a back up? Let me know. Thanks.
Hello @RamN , Parallels Desktop version 10 is not eligible to upgrade to version 13, only version 11 and 12 are eligible hence you need to purchase a full license for Parallels Desktop 13 and upgrading Parallels Desktop will not affect the Windows files. Thanks
