Upgrade to Windows 7 - Screen Frozen??

I am running Parallels on my iMac and previously had Windows Vista running. I started the upgrade process to Windows 7 and when it got to the first restart of the machine the Parallels Desktop has frozen. All that is displayed in the Windows symbol on a black screen with Starting Windows appearing. Nothing else happens after that. So I cant seem to get back into the Windows environment on Parallels to complete the installation process. Help!!
 
Accually, I tried to do the same today.
From Vista Business to Win 7 Ultimate, running at the latest Parallels 4 build.

Frozen with 100% of CPU usage...

I than tried a clean installation on a new VM - and this worked...
