Upgrade v8 -> v11

is there a way to upgrade from v8 to v11?
for the "desktop" upgrade, looking at the "upgrade now" page, it says "v9 and above"
for the "pro edition" upgrade it only says "previous version required" - doesn't say anything about "v9 and above"
can i go from v8 to v11 through the pro upgrade? or am i locked in buying either the "desktop" or "pro edition" of v11?

Hello Magelssen,
You can not upgrade your Parallels Desktop standard edition as well as pro edition from version 8 or older.
By any chance if you have purchased the upgrade version from version 8, then please provide us your clever bridge reference number.
