I love your product but you have the worst service of any software company I have ever patronized. Downloaded "upgrade" to 3.0 before I realized I had to PAY for it. Cannot use 2.5 or 3.0. Trial activation does not work. Download Insurance DOES NOT work. Now have no working copy of Parallels only 7 months after paying $86 for product. Thanks so much. I guess I have to pay for a new copy.
