upgraded 12, "Disk Read error Occurred" VM won't load

    Am I in big trouble?

    it says to push control + alt + delete to restart but I can't seem to make this work. It appears eternally stuck here.

    Hi @KCV1 did you try to reset your VM? (Actions-> Reset).
    So, what did you do before the issue reoccurs? Or you just start your VM?
