Upgraded from 2188 to 3188..trying to upgrade parallels tools

    But everytime it reaches the end of the installation it crashes parallels! Restarting it once again asks me to upgrade parallels tools - anyway around this headache? Maybe I need to do a clean install?!

    Try first to uninstall parallels tools in windows.
