upgraded version from 16 to 17. Activation error

Hi all
I just upgrade the parallels desktop business 16 to 17 version but when i try to activate it shows and error related to the internet access. "SSL authentication error, please check your internet connection", but my internet connection is ok.

Sorry i use a external network (non business network) and it works, something related with my firewall settings.
