I tried to order the upgrade to 3.0. I clicked on the e-mail which we got, and after going through a few screens, saw that both the boxed version and the downloaded version cost $39 for an early upgrade. Since they are the same price, I ordered the box, filled in my Master Card information, and saw that it added a shipping price.
So I tried to correct this, and found a place to correct the shipping and charge information - but not the product.
So I backed out and ordered the other version. When I came to the price, I found 2 copies ordered.
So I quit Safari, and started over. Now there were 3 copies ordered.
Would re-booting help? Does your software work better than your web page?
