Upload Speed improvement Win10 - What's the solution?

Hi everybody,

I have got a very low upload speed in my virtual Win10.
Uploading a 3MB File to Drive takes 20minutes
What can I do?

I figured out this topic: https://kb.parallels.com/en/112091
However, the topic "Optimization" isn't available.
First is "Startup and Shotdown" like in the article and then second is "sharing", which should be third.

It can't be a physical Performance Issue: Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1. with 32GB Ram, 8GB assigned in Win10
Parallels 16.5.1 (49187), I bougth it half a year ago.

What is the trick to make it work?
