USB card reader -windows freezes

Hi,
i have just installed Parallels because i need to access internet banking via a chip card reader. The reader is correctly display as USB devise but when i select it, win start work VERY slowly...i cannot work almost on it. I use windows 2000.

Please help me...i am sure it is some simple thing to correct somewhere..

Please make sure Windows 2000 SP4 is installed and also check if there are some drivers for that device please install them too

Window 2000 is no longer supported by MS
